About Lindsey V. Marshall
Lindsey V. Marshall is a litigation associate with the CPLF. Marshall's
primary focus areas include employment discrimination, 1983 civil right
violations and personal injury cases. Marshall has been practicing law
in the State of Texas for nearly four years. In 2017, Marshall received
her license to practice in the State of Louisiana.
Prior to practicing, Marshall interned for the CPLF during law school and
officially joined the team in November of 2014. Marshall remained with
the CPLF until October 2017 and went to work for The Hall Law Firm. Marshall
rejoined the CPLF team in May of 2018.
Marshall is native New Orleanian that moved to Houston, Texas by way of
Hurricane Katrina in 2005. Marshall went on to receive her BA degree from
the University of Houston in Economics and received her JD from Thurgood
Marshall School of Law.
